PLANTERS

Sorry For Being Salty

There’s a time and place to be nice, and a time to be salty. We think it’s always time to be salty. In the era of outrage, lean into that shit. Defend what’s yours. If you can’t say something nice, say something clever but devastating. Sorry for being salty… but not really.

SALTY SCRAPS

Everyone loves a good Twitter fight, and luckily it seems like someone is going off at any given moment. Planters is highlighting the saltiest scrap of the day and rewarding both parties with free Planters peanuts.

SALTY SURPRISE

If you thought glitter was hard to clean up, you’ve never tried to get peanut rinds out of your carpet. Send your enemy a package full of peanut shells for an easy way to annoy the shit out of them.

SAVOR THE SALT

What better place to remind people of Planters’ snack superiority than the supermarket itself? Strategically-placed signage around the store is exposing the shortcomings of other snacks. It’s a snack aisle smackdown, and saltiness has never tasted this good.

SALTY SUPERMARKETS

Planters is installing digital billboards in popular urban locations encouraging and displaying salty thoughts from passersby. Users can scan the QR-code and submit their snarky prose which is then showcased on the billboard, creating new ads in real time.

HOW TO BE MORE SALTY

Planters releases an etiquette book on the only manners that matter: saltiness. With tips, tricks, and how-to’s from the experts, Planters is teaching the masses how to banish bland language and level up your salt factor.
